RESIDENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day administration and operations of the complex.
- Supervision of maintenance, car park, housekeeping, operations and security.
- Supervision of non-site employees of contractors.
Requirements:
- Related qualifications in property management or equivalent.
- Min. 8 years in similar capacity with well established property management firms.
- Well versed and knowledgeable in the management or a shopping mall including maintenance, operations and upkeeping of nos equipment, premises in prestige condition.

DUTY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- To manage and organize the cleaning, pest control, landscaping waste management service to Plaza Low Yat, BB Park and their surroundings to ensure procedures are implemented accordingly to established standards.
- To conduct common area inspections and liaise with contracted service providers to ensure scope of works are achieved within the defined period of standards.
- To oversee & manage Cleaning Service, Defect, Landscaping & Renovation/Refurbishment Works.
Requirements:
- Have experience in retail/hotel industry and willing to work on shift and on weekends.
- Knowledge and capability in handling operational problems, critical or emergency situations.
- Previous working experience in similar environment will be advantageous.

SECURITY & SAFETY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall security & safety of Plaza Low Yat.
- Manage the security system.
- Manpower planning, supervision, motivation, training & development of a team of security staff force.
- Develop & maintain the security & safety strategies, policies & procedures to protect the company’s properties, its employees, tenants & customers.
- Ensure the SOP for security & safety are implemented & adhered to.
- Responsible for fire safety in the mall premises and coordinate all fire related activities including enforcement of fire safety rules, supervision & assessment of all fire protection systems.
- Conduct investigations & liaise with relevant authorities on all matters pertaining to security & safety.
Requirements:
- Degree/Certificate/Diploma holders in any discipline.
- Min. 5 years working experience in Security service or any related field and have knowledge in HSE & OSH.
- Ex police officer with ASP rank and above. Exposure in shopping mall added advantage.
- Ability to conduct security & safety training.
- Strong leadership skills & ability to train, lead & supervise a large team of security personnel.
- Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills in English/Malay.
- PC knowledge.

LEASING & MARKETING – SNR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & negotiating with potential tenants in new leases and follow through with all necessary procedures and documentation to conclude deals.
- Managing existing tenants which includes attending to their enquiries and complaints.
- Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Monitoring competitors’ activities and benchmark for best practices.
Requirements:
- A recognized Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Preferably with experience in shopping centre/retail/ property industry would be an advantage.
- Min with 2-3 years exp for executive/senior executive.
- A good team player with ability to lead, resourceful and a proactive personality is the ideal candidate,
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.

FIT OUT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- To brief tenants and contractors on in-house fit-out and safety rules and regulations before work commencement.
- Monitor the progress of the contractor renovations work to ensure compliance to approved plans.
- Work along with Leasing Department to ensure timely handover of retail premises.
- To ensure M&E plan and relevant documents in place prior to handover the premises and commencement of work.
- Liasing (as per need) with ID and M&E Consultants for approval, concept and design plan.
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Property Development or its equivalent.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in shopping mall or commercial building.
- Good working knowledge in Abode Illustrator and Auto-cad design software.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Preferably can speak & understand Chinese would be an advantage.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE – IT
Responsibilities:
- Develop (programming), enhance and maintain existing system based on the agreed specification in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist in implementation of IT projects and enhancements.
- Assist in the evaluation of user requirement and recommended solutions.
- A team player with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge on database, data security and data files transfer methods and technology is an added advantages.
- 1 – 2 years working experience in supporting enterprise application preferred.
- Candidate must be willing to learn, efficient, dedicated and self-motivated.
