Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility – anyone between the age of 18 and 99 is able to join with the exception of Plaza Low Yat management staff, contractors, tenants and tenant staffs and their contractors.
2. The mascot hunt will take place on 8th August to 14th August. No prior purchase at the mall is necessary.
3. Contestants will have 1 (one) week to identify and count the total number of mascots that is visible throughout the mall.
4. Once the number of mascots is determined, contestants are to head to the Information Counter to fill up a form with valid contact details.
5. Winners will be decided on the closest number to the actual total. If there are two or more entries with the same total, a physical tiebreaker will be held the following weekend on 6th August.
6. Contestants with the same results will have to be in person for the physical tiebreaker. Failure to do so will void any further participation in the contest.
7. By participating in the promotion, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these rules and any other requirements set out in any related promotional material and all amendments, additions, replacements, modifications, as may be made from time to time.
8. Plaza Low Yat’s decisions on all matters relating to the promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all persons. No correspondence will be entertained.
9. Plaza Low Yat’s and its authorized agencies shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss arising out of or in connection with the promotion, and each participant agrees to indemnify and hold Plaza Low Yat harmless from and against any and all claim(s), loss(es) or damage(s) incurred by the participant or by other party in relation to the redemption.
10. Plaza Low Yat reserves the right to alter the Terms & Conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
